Why custom software is better than product?


In product format, it is certain that there is one identical software and database. In other words, each copy of the software can access any database for the same software.

With custom software format, each software is an unique one. Each has its database and cannot access any other similar database.

The only problem is our pricing. We do not certain that whether our cost for producing custom software would force us to rise the price in the future.

How password records are protected?

The password data will base on customer's Numkey and our encryption process. Without either one, there is almost impossible to find the exact data. Even if someone can have the same program and the same data files, it is just like a person accessing your PC. Without knowing what the Numkey is, the most one can do is to guess among 200 choices.

What is the extra security for Advanced Version?


For Advance Version that we designed for users whose PCs would be in office etc.

The security procedure is when the program is ordered to run, it will see if there is any BLOCKING command in force.

If there is no BLOCKING in force, then the program will check the Identity, that is, whether the data files are belonged to the program.

If Indentity is right then the program requires the Main Password.

If the Password is valid then the program will be executed.

Of course, one still need to know the Numkey before getting the Password data.

In fact, there are more functions, but we prefer not to mention here for benefit of our customers.

Can we crack the customers' password data?

First, we do not know where the customers are. We have the email address only, not the ISP.

Second, even if we have the password data files, we are the same as anyone using the customer's PC because we do not know the Numkey to get the proper password.

Last, if someone suppose that our program will send information to us because our company is not IBM, Microsoft, Sunspak etc.

If customer has Firewall, then it is easy to see if there is any information sending to us. But please be sure that the PC has not been infected by Spyware. Spyware may take the information from the PC at any moment.

If there is no Firewall, then it is better to turn off the Broadband connection before working with our program for the password data if prefer.
