For both Version

a. The maximum password record is 9999.

b. Maximum Login name and password is 16 alphanumeric (no signs or space allowed, extend ASCII is not applied)

c. Numkey (numeric key from 1 to 200) can be SINGLE (for all) or INDIVIDUAL. The best protection is INDIVIDUAL.

For Advanced Version

1. Customers can choose their own Main Password and the program will be tailored to fix.

2. The sound warning is in particular useful in an office environment so that people may be aware of the malicious act. The length of the sound can increase with every wrong attempt.

3. Email advice can be selected alone or with the Blocking by Date. This will use the owner's email facility and is useful when the owner will be out of the office/home for a trip.

4. Permanent malfunction will stop the functioning of the program. Reactivation will only be sent to the registered email address when requested and user identity is confirmed. Please note that we shall keep the customer's email address as account name and shall not send anything to other email address. In other words, if the customers change their ISP, they must advise us with the original email address for a request of amendment of registration. Otherwise, we cannot favor any other change for reason of security.

Note

There is no unbreakable security. It is just the level of difficulties and the reward that matters. Unless someone has the Main Password (Advanced version) and be able to access our customer's PC with ample of time. Of course, if someone knows the Numkey that our customers use. Then that someone would be our customer only or someone that has been told by the customer.

Certainly, one can try with the 200 numeric keys and copy them. Most password protected online accounts would have limited fault trials. It may be easier to use cracker tools to work directly with other targets not using our programs.

The data files without our program will never be cracked. Therefore it is safe even if files are stolen by spyware. Without installation process, our program will not be worked too. That means if the program is also stolen, the cracker cannot use the program to get the password data. Of course, someone can order our program and use it to access to data files stolen from one of our customers. This will not work too because each program, General and Advanced Versions, can access to one's own password data files.

For Advanced Version, each customer's program is unique. We employ various measures so that even someone with high skill programming level would be almost impossible to crack and get the password data.
