ISBN (International Standard Book Number) is for the publications. Its importance has been well understood. Besides printed format, electronic format as well as educational software are being applied too.

The existing ISBN is 10-Digits and will be replaced by 13-Digits ISBN and will take effect from Jan. 1, 2007.

There are no difficulties to convert the 10-Digits to the new 13-Digits ISBN. All we need to do is to compute the Check Digit. But it requires manual process to compute and recording.

No installation is required to run this program.
