[eBusiness development consultation services] is a full set application, including market research, development strategy, website content design and maintenance, online promotion etc. Most enterprises, countries and international bodies are aware that Internet is the most important business arena. Development in this way requires appropriate planning, reasonable charge etc. to avoid the previous 'bubble burst' danger due to misguided policies.

[Management system investigation services] is a solution for the distrust situation between enterprises and IT sector that lead to improper development. As the writer of the article in Harvard Business Review May 2003 [IT Doesn't Matter], Nicholas G. Carr has point out, the enterprises do require IT, it is the misunderstanding that created the unfavorable consequence.
