Intellect without morality is a tiger with sword

For a long time, we have admired the wisdom and the creative idea of scams. Not only that they tried with all kinds of disguise, from a widow to a bank accountant and from a government official to an investor.

Recently there are two nice tricks that worth notice. One is pretending as Paypal asking for new email confirmation. Another one is IRS tax refund (Phishers send email posing as IRS tax refund).

Sometimes ago, when phishing started to thrive, many had looked for filtering software, firewall to reject all scam emails. We did not take this way because we would like to understand about their development. Although it may not be good to recommend this practice, yet we must know that we have to live with them because they will continue forever. We believe that there will be victims, otherwise such profession would not be existed for long.

In fact, we can learn from them. Certainly some of them were copycats. Whenever a new idea was introduced, there would be many that followed with similar form.
